How to Remove Languages

Issue: Would like to remove a language from PointFire 2007. Solution: In order to remove any languages, we will use English for example. You would need to to remove the “1033” from the PFLanguages key in your web.config file(s). Afterwards, you will need to run a “http://yourdomain/toplevel/PointFire2007.aspx?PFMUI=REPAIRALL” command against each top level site in each site collection. You may need to manually remove any “English Translation” fields in any “Multilingual Translations” list. Tags: Delete Remove | |
