New Language Not Appearing on Site

Issue: Installed additional language packs, but they are not appearing in the drop down menu. Solution: Will have to change the "PFLanguages" key in the web.config and then making a call to the http://yourdomain/toplevel/PointFire2007.aspx?PFMUI=REPAIRALL command on each top level site for each site collection.
