Information regarding April 13th update release.
Our developers have released an update which resolves 6 key issues:
- XML Tags being "overly" translated causing some XML based web applications to malfunction. PointFire will no longer attempt to translate any xml coded tags. The upcoming PointFire 2007 v3.0 release will add extended support of xml translation.
- AJAX loaded list content (often in grouped sections) not being fully translated. AJax output now being translated completely.
- Display This Web Part In... menu not displayed on custom or third party web parts. The menu will now be displayed properly on all web parts.
- Error indicating problem in CacheTopLevel (Invalid URI) - Cause of error resolved.
- Error indicating problem in PMNU (NullReferenceException) - Cause of issue resolved.
- Error reported when linking multiple content items. Issues with item linking. - Cause of issue resolved.
Important Note: It is easier to update an installation using the upgrade_manual.bat file, provided in the installation package, rather than the setup.exe. Setup.exe should be used for new installations or uninstall.
